Council Permits

Mardini Constructions will handle all of your Council and regulatory requirements, so you get your project completed faster, and with a minimum of fuss.

Engineering

The crucial and unique task of the Building Engineer is to identify, understand and integrate the constraints on a design, in order to produce a successful result. It is not enough to build a functional home; it must also meet the further requirements of you, the Client. Constraints may include available materials, physical or technical limitations, flexibility for future modifications and additions, and budget. By understanding the constraints, our Engineers ensure quality results for your home project.

Heritage Work

We relish the challenge of undertaking detailed and careful restoration work, to preserve and enhance the original charm, beauty and character of your historical home. Utilising our experience, we liaise with the Heritage Council to ensure all aspects are considered, including Heritage Council Approvals. Our expertise extends to details such as matching or restoring ornate cornices, ceilings, architraves, skirtings and tiles, as well as to critical underpinning work, to properly support the existing structure.

Interior Design

Interior design is the process of shaping the experience of your home, through the manipulation of space and surface treatment. Interior design draws on aspects of environmental psychology, architecture, product design and furniture design, in addition to traditional decoration. Our Interior Designers are on hand to consult with you, regarding the layout of all areas of your home, including vital areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms, and to assist you in developing optimum colour schemes to beautify and compliment your new home.

Joinery

Mardini Constructions specialise in custom joinery. Our Joiners can fabricate and install building components such as doors, windows, stairs, wooden panelling, mouldings, shop cabinets, kitchen cabinets and other wooden fittings to the highest standards of quality, function and detail.

Landscaping

Landscaping is the art, planning, design, management, preservation and rehabilitation of the land around your home. From your project’s conception, our Landscapers can provide clear and creative landscaping concepts and solutions, that are instrumental in providing complimentary and harmonious surroundings to enhance your new home.

Surveying

Surveying is the art and science of accurately determining the position of points and levels, and the distances between them. These datum points establish land boundaries for ownership or governmental purposes. Surveying is a requirement in the planning and execution of nearly every form of building and construction, as well as for the definition of legal boundaries for land ownership. From your project’s conception, our Surveyors are available to provide this important service.

We can provide and arrange all of your swimming pool requirements, with quality further assured by the fact that we construct our own custom pools, to specifically suit your new home..
