Extensions to the back of a house in the inner western suburb of Burwood, carried out by Earlwood builder Elvis Mardini of Mardini Constructions, impressed the judges.

“Excellent standard of workmanship throughout. The design flows well, with the transition between the new and the old effectively carried out,” they said.
